Joshua Adkisson

A large body of my work has been centered in a manufacturing environment, but my business focus isn't manufacturing, it's people. I believe that my responsibility as a business leader is not in pushing results solely, but in cultivating a culture where the team, as a whole, owns and drives the results. My focus is to mentor, create, and implement people systems and provide challenges that help the team raise the bar. I feel strongly about individual and collective accountability and having a moral and ethical compass when performing in my role.
